Sex toys and erotic aids have been around for centuries. There is a claim that cave art from 30,000 years ago depict dildos which means that they were around before the wheel was invented. Of course the word dildo is a Greek derivative and it's with the ancient Greeks that dildos became an accepted and common part of culture.
